How is privacy handled?
IP addresses and user-agents are hashed before storage. Known bots are flagged in analytics, and every workspace can request data export or delete actions.
Why do my totals differ from unique clicks?
Totals include all recorded click events, including known bots. Unique clicks estimate repeat non-bot activity by collapsing the same fingerprint within a 24-hour window; known bots are shown separately.
How long is analytics history kept?
Retention depends on your plan. Starter does not include access to analytics history; paid plans retain reporting data according to their plan settings.
